How LUMIVOZA handles information when you browse, sign in and purchase.

Prelaunch policy. Seller identity, contact information and retention periods must be finalized before live sales.

Information used to provide your purchase

We use your email for sign-in and purchase access. Order records include the product, amount, payment references and access status. Download records include your order, product, request time and count. Abuse controls use limited technical request information.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the site. Supabase provides authentication, purchase records and private file storage. Razorpay processes checkout and payment information under its own policies. LUMIVOZA does not store card information.

Optional analytics

If a Meta Pixel is configured and you allow analytics, Meta receives product-view and checkout events, and a Purchase event after payment is verified. Purchase events contain value and currency. We do not intentionally send your email or order identifier. Meta may receive browser/network information and use cookies under its own policy. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences.

Cookies and storage

An essential secure cookie supports sign-in. Browser storage remembers your analytics choice and avoids repeating purchase events in the same browser. Optional analytics is off until you allow it.

Your information

Use the Contact page to request access, corrections or deletion. Transaction records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations and resolve disputes. Your locally downloaded workbook contents are not uploaded to LUMIVOZA.
